Rental Period

Our standard rental period is 24 hours, unless other arrangements have been confirmed directly with D1-Trailers through phone, Facebook, or our website.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and credit card are required for all rentals.

• The renter (Lessee) must be at least 18 years old.

Payment

• Full payment is due before taking possession of any rental equipment.

• Payment can be made online through our website (via Stripe), or in person with cash or other accepted forms.

Equipment Condition

• All equipment is regularly maintained and inspected before each rental.

• The Lessee is responsible for returning equipment in the same condition as received.

• Any damages during the rental period will be charged to the Lessee. Insurance may be required for certain equipment.

Safety and Proper Use

• The Lessee must operate the equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

• Required safety gear (e.g., helmets, gloves, protective eyewear) must be used where applicable.

• Unsafe or negligent use may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Loss or Theft

• The Lessee is responsible for the equipment from pickup until return.

• In case of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the Lessee will be liable for full replacement cost or repair expenses.

Cancellation Policy

• Rentals are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.

• No refunds or cancellations will be honored within 5 days of the reservation date.

Late Returns

• Late returns will incur additional charges.

• If you need to extend your rental, contact D1-Trailers immediately to confirm availability.

• Unscheduled late returns will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.

Delivery and Pickup

• Free delivery and pickup are available within a 25-mile radius of our office.

• A mileage fee of $2.50 per mile applies beyond the first 25 miles.

• Please contact us to arrange delivery and pickup in advance.
